At Lucky Jewellery, we pride ourselves on the quality and craftsmanship of every piece of jewelry we create. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
Time limit
We can change your order free of charge within 24 hours. Unfortunately, this is no longer possible after that, as your order has already been processed. Cancellation is only possible within one hour of purchase. After that, the processing has already begun and the order can no longer be canceled. By placing an order through our website, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be unworn, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect the items have been worn or damaged in a way that is not our responsibility.
Return period
You have 30 days from the day you received your jewelry to initiate a return. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.
Process
To initiate a return, please email us at info@luckyjewellery.nl with your order number and a brief explanation of why you'd like to return the item. Please note: you can only request a return once the package has arrived; this is not possible before delivery. We will then send you instructions on how and where to return the item.
β οΈ Please note that we do not offer free returns . Returns should be shipped directly to our fulfillment center in Europe.
Refunds
Inspection
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll send you a confirmation email. This email will also let you know whether your return has been approved or rejected.
Processing
If your refund is approved, we will process it and the amount will automatically be credited back to your original payment method within 2β10 business days .
Delayed or missing refunds
Haven't received your refund yet? First, check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it can sometimes take some time for a refund to be officially processed. You can also contact your bank afterward, as it often takes some time for the refund to appear.

Damaged or defective items
We only replace jewelry if it's defective or damaged. Want to exchange an item for the exact same one? Send us an email at info@luckyjewellery.nl and we'll be happy to help you with the exchange process.
